Caulry GAA PRO Notes - 10th June 2013

Intermediate Championship
Caulry recorded their second win from two starts in this year's Intermediate Championship following a comfortable victory over Ballinagore on a scoreline of 1-15 to 1-4 at a sun-drenched Lakepoint Park, Mullingar last Sunday. Next up for Caulry is a game with near neighbours Rosemount. See match report elsewhere in this newspaper.
Junior Championship
Caulry 2-14 Tubberclair 1-13
With the help of two well taken goals by Alan Daly early in the first half, Caulry led at the break by a goal in this Junior Championship Section B game played in the Park last Friday evening. The second half was evenly balanced with some fine points from play recorded by both sides with Caulry taking the spoils by a four point margin at the final whistle.

Caulry 2-15 Coralstown-Kinnegad 2-4
Caulry recorded an emphatic victory over Senior side Coralstown-Kinnegad in a Division 2 League game played in the Park on Bank Holiday Monday last. Playing some fine free-flowing football throughout Caulry reversed last year's result in this competition against the same opposition.Despite conceding a goal from a penalty early on Caulry scored two goals one in each half by Sean Doyle and Andy O'Sullivan to claim a well merited win.

Caulry Ladies U12 League
Caulry travelled to Garrycastle on sat 8th June where
both teams were undeterred by the hot sun and fought bravely throughout the match however Caulry's display of fine team work secured their first win of the season on a scoreline of Caulry 2-8 Garrycastle 1-8.
