Behind following a four goal blitz in the opening quarter Caulry staged a great comeback over the remainder of the game but the early goal blitz by the opposition proved too much in the end and Malachys/Ballinagore ran out worthy winners with five points to spare.

Best Wishes

Best Wishes and a speedy recovery to both Jack Bradbury-Hughes (u/16 player) and Killian Healy (Minor player) who suffered nasty shoulder injuries in their respective Championship games last week-end.

Rosemount  Tournament Final
In a thrilling contest played at Rosemount on Wednesday evening last, Caulry prevailed over Tubberclair. The game was end to end from start to finish, with a do or die effort from all contestants. At half- time, it was 4 points each and when Tubberclair raced into a 2 point lead in the second half, momentum seemed to favour the Glasson boys. However a clinically taken goal from Olan Healy swung the game back in favour of Caulry. A goal of the season from substitute Alan Malynn  put Caulry in the driving seat, but  Tubberclair responded with a goal of their own. However Roan Sweeney then crashed through for a superb goal to claim victory on a scoreline of Caulry 3-5 Tubberclair 1-8    Afterwards a delighted captain Zach Nolan accepted the cup on behalf of his team mates.
