County Intermediate Championship: Caulry v Ballinicarrigy (22/04)
Trailing by two points at half-time Caulry put in a spirited display of determined football in the second half
notching two goals courtesy of Alan Fitzpatrick (picture on the right) and Peter Smyth to run out worthy winners over Ballinacargy in the first round of the County Intermediate Championship at a wet and windy Paric Ui Ciarain last Sunday afternoon.

The win in many ways can be put down to the fitness levels of the Caulry squad who dominated
exchanges throughout the field during the last quarter of the game.

Well done to Brendan, his Mentors and the entire Squad.

There is now a break from Intermediate Championship fare for a number of weeks due to Westmeath's Leinster campaign and Caulry's next game in the Championship is pencilled in for w/e June 17th when they are due to play last year's relegated Senior side, Tubberclair.

U12 League: Caulry v Athlone (18/04)
Having played each other 5 times at under 10 level, with 2 victories and one draw each there was never going to be much between Caulry and Athlone Under 12 footballers on Wednesday evening (18/04) in the second round of this league fixture played in Caulry.

Early on it looked different as Athlone built up a substantial half time lead. However, Caulry came roaring back on the resumption of play. After a good evening’s entertainment, Caulry won one game 9-5 while Athlone prevailed 16-11 in the other match, giving the Shannonsiders a narrow one point aggregate victory.

Caulry Panel on duty: Christian Stephens, Jack Sheehan, Eoin Shortall, Charlie Malone, Luke Hamilton, Darcy Lawless, Matthew Nally, Eugene Costello, Adam Donoghue, Ciaran Geoghegan, Dylan Lowry, Shane Cleary, Sean Fox, Colin Murphy, Jack Malone, Rian Rasmussen, Shane Hynes, Daniel Buckley, Keith Buckley, Zac Nolan, Glen Carolan, Thomas Dunning, Liam Doyle, Adam Mullins, Neil Clinton, James Clavin, Darren Browne.
