Caulry picked up their second brace of points with a deserved 5 point victory over Athlone. The game played last Friday at home, was at near championship pace with Caulry racing into a ten point lead before being pegged back with an Athlone goal on the stroke of half-time. Each side converted a penalty in the second period, but Caulry showed resilience to close out the contest.

Caulry notched up another win in this ACLF Div 5 game away to Coralstown/ Kinnegade on Saturday  last.

Our Minors continued their good form with two impressive victories in the past week. On Wednesday  last at home to Milltownpass and away to Mullingar Shamrocks on Sunday morning. Results were  Caulry 5-16  Milltownpass 2-15 and Caulry 3-14 Mullingar Shamrocks 0-18

Killbeggan/St Josephs 6-8
The Under 16s had a good League victory over Killbeggan/St Josephs on Monday week last in the local Park.

Under 14 League & Feile Blitz
Caulry played host to a young and much smaller Moate team on Thursday last and had a third consecutive comfortable victory. Very good performances came from Jack Sheehan, Eoin Shortall, Ciaran Geoghegan, Charlie Malone and Eugene Costello. 
Final Score: Caulry 6-11 Moate 1-8
On Saturday morning last Caulry hosted Athlone and Milltownpass in the Westmeath Feile Na Nog which was run on a blitz format. They lost to Athlone and beat Milltownpass and Athlone went through to the quarter-finals. Results Caulry 0-4 Athlone 0-6 and Caulry 3-8 Miltownpass 1-5
Good displays on the morning were given by James Clavin, Jack Sheehan, Sean Fox, Colin Murphy, Thomas Dunning, Adam Donoghue.

A trip to Multyfarnham got the season off to a great start for this determined  U14 team as they over came a very strong Clann Gaels team last week.

Caulry Ladies Under 12
Last Thursday Caulry girls travelled to Athlone to play their third fixture. Both teams were evenly matched in the first half and but for a great save by Emma Quiqley, Caulry would have been under pressure instead of level at the interval. The Caulry girls upper their game led by Jasmine Maloney and Geraldine Maguire in particular. This allowed Ruth Martin and Aine Gaynor  push forwardto create scoring chances and left Caulry winners on a 3-5 to 0-3 scoreline.
