Sympathies
It was with great sadness and regret that we learned of the death of Michael Conlon last week. Michael was a dedicated GAA man and played much of his football in Caulry before transferring to Cavan Slashers and Dowdall’s Hill in Dundalk. However, his heart remained in Caulry as his honours include winning a number of championships with the club.
Michael also had a keen interest in inter-county football having played some football with Westmeath at minor level and he will be remembered for his very professional, successful run as Cork County manager.
The club extends it’s deepest sympathies to Conlon family at this time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Club AGM
The Caulry Club AGM will be held on Friday, December 2nd at 8.30pm in the Community Hall, Mount Temple. Nomination/Motion papers can be obtained from the Hon Secretary, Keith Dolan (087 2853053) or any Executive Committee Member. Also copies can be downloaded from our web-site (see below) and are also available from Kieran's Shop in Mount Temple.

Minor AGM
The Minor AGM of the Caulry club will be held on Friday 9th of December in Mount Temple Community Centre starting at 8:30pm. All members and intending members should endeavour to intend.

Underage Presentation
There was a good turnout to the presentation of medals to the successful boys’ and girls’ underage teams on Sunday evening last in Mount Temple Community Centre. On the evening the boys Under 16 Division 1 and Under 14 Division 2 League winners were presented with their medals by Westmeath County Star and our very own clubman Kevin Maguire while the girls teams were presented with their medal by Westmeath Ladies star Laura Brennan. The successful ladies’ teams included Under 16 Division 3 Championship winners, Minor Division 4 winners and Under 14 county finalists.
Many thanks to all involved in planning the evening and well done to all the teams their managements on their successful year.
