Intermediate Semi-Final & Final
Caulry put up an excellent team performance last Saturday in Tang when defeating Ballinacargy in the replayed Intermediate Semi-Final on a scoreline of Caulry 2-14 Ballynacargy 1-10. See full match report elsewhere in this newspaper.All roads now lead to Cusack Park this coming Sunday (October 6th) when Caulry take on last year's relegated Senior side St Malachys in the Final with a 3.45pm start. The Club and all its Supporters wish the Squad and Team Management the best of good fortune on the day and here's hoping that the coveted Intermediate title will finally be lifted this year following our second final appearance in a row and a lapse of 28 years since the title was last won in 1985.
 
Flags & Colours for the Final
Supporters wishing to display the red and white colours for County Final Day can purchase same from Kieran Hanevy's Shop, Mount Temple and the Club are requesting that a huge local support travel to Cusack Park for the game.
 
Ladies Football
Best of luck to the Caulry U/12 Girls Team who take on Ballycomoyle in the County U/12 Final at Rochfortbridge this Saturday (October 5th) with a 12 noon throw-in. Please support the girls in their quest for a County title.
 
Sean Claffey RIP
The Caulry Club wish to extend its deepest sympathies to the Claffey family, Mount Temple following the death of Sean during the week. Sean was a dedicated Caulry Clubman and for many years was very much part of the club's fundraising activities. A minute's silence was observed in his honour before Caulry's Intermediate Semi-Final Replay last Saturday. Ar dheis De go raibh a hAnam.
