Minor League Div 2
Caulry Minors took on St. Mary's, Rochfortbridge in Division 2  of the County League in the Park last Sunday. Followiing a sluggish start and trailing by 8 points mid-way through the first half, a David Brookes converted penalty brought some stability to the Caulry play and they went in trailing at half-time by  3-2 to 1-1. A much improved performance by Caulry in the second half was rewarded with seven unanswered points which tied the game, but a strong finish by St.Mary's in the last five minutes  gave them victory with 4 points to spare on a scoreline of 3-7 to 1-9.

U/16 Cross-County League
Caulry U/16s were unlucky to lose out to St. Nicklaus (Wicklow) by a five point margin in th Park on Saturday last in the special Cross-County league organised by the Leinster Council.
U/14 League
Caulry U/14s were defeated by a stronger  Kilbeggan/St Joseph's in Streamstown last Monday week in a County League game. Unfortunately the game was played under lights which did not match up to the required standards for competitive football for this age group. Next up for this age-group will be a qualifying stage for the National Feile Competition. Played in a blitz format this year, Caulry are drawn with Moate and Kilbeggan/St Josephs with the winners to go through to the next phase of the blitz competition.

Under 10 Football

The Caulry Under 10 football squad opened their league campaign in Hogan Park, Moate last Sunday morning. Played under the Go Games format of two games being played simultaneously, the morning proved a worthwhile exercise with mentors and players entering into the intended spirit to ensure a good contest which will serve them well in the future. While all players did their best, Leah Quigley and Padraig Murphy deserve special mention for great performances in their first full matches for Caulry, with Shane Hynes and Rory Mullins showing best for the ‘older brigade’. Practise continues on this Sunday morning at 11.45am in the Caulry pitch.

Panels on duty in Moate were: Ciaran Gaynor, Conor McKnight, Zach Nolan, Emma Farrell, James Clavin, Luke Hamilton, Luke Buckley, Jamie Conlon, Ruari Casey, Shane Hynes, Padraig Murphy, Alan Malynn, Leah Quigley, Glen Carolan, James Carey, Thomas Dunning, Colm Shortall, Daniel Buckley, Tom Cloonan, Rory Mullins, Mark Kerr, Oisin Murphy, Jack O Donovan.
