Caulry take on Garrycastle and St. Lomans in Junior Championship

Caulry 2-4 
Garrycastle 1-17
A much depleted Caulry Junior side went down by ten points to Garrycastle in round three of the Co Junior Championship last Sunday morning in the Park. Despite some wayward shooting in the first half Garrycastle went in at the break with a comfortable five point lead on a scoreline of 0-7 to 0-2.
Caulry managed two late goals in the second half to put a respectable gloss on the scoresheet but in effect had to give second best on the day to a stronger Garrycastle outfit.

St Lomans 1-13  - 
Caulry 0-6 - 
An understrength Caulry side were defeated by St Lomans in the second round of the Junior Championship played at Lakepoint Park last
Thursday evening. 

Despite a very bright opening fifteen minutes when Caulry were well on top but missed two glorious goal opportunities Lomans went in at the break leading by five points on a scoreline of 0-8 to 0-3. Caulry's three points all coming from a very lively Alan Daly.The all important goal by Lomans came early in the second half and despite gallant efforts by the men in red Lomans eased home on a scoreline of St Lomans 1-13 Caulry 0-6
