Commiserations to to the Westmeath Under 21 football team, on their one point defeat to longofrd last night in the Semi-Final of the Leinster U21 Football Championship in Navan.

For a team that was not only one of the favorites to win Leinster, but the All-Ireland (along with Kerry, Cork, and Tyrone), it wasn't to be, the players no doubt walked away from Pairc Tailteann last night very disappointed.

A special word of phrase must go to Caulry lads, Ben Moran, Kevin Maguire and Joe McMahon, who are continuing to represent not only Caulry, but Westmeath with great distinction, and everybody in the Caulry club is very proud of them.
